Job Description: Position: Officer – Export Communications
Qualification: At least a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations or related field
Experience: 1-3 year
Location: I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi
Gender: Male

Duties & Responsibilities:

--The individual will be responsible for connecting, and building partnerships with clients
--Foster relationships and develop communication networks with clients
--Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of shipments that directly affect each client.
--Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments as well.
--Coordinate for internal matters and determine the best utilization of resources to increase customer satisfaction
--Responsible for developing long-term relationships with key clients
--Answering Customers questions and addressing complaints.
--Keep updated records and files.
--Take up other duties as assigned.
--This position need flexibility with schedule and ability to work evenings and weekends as and when needed.
